With the help of Jimmy Peterson and Robbie Bowman, we opened Baby Blues in October, 2004. The reason was simple. Bring good barbecue to people who are looking for it. So we scratched our heads, drank some Jack,m and put our best recipes on the table. After playing around with the styles of cooking and the methods with which to do it, we came up with a system we felt pretty happy with. We then searched for the best quality ribs we could find, the freshest produce on the market and a team of people who truly care about what they do. And that's how we're striving for perfection. Hopefully it shows.
